Trabzon Rally Denounces Hazara Genocide and Taliban Abductions: Global Appeal for Action

Kabul Press^?: on January 21, 2024, the Hazara Culture and Solidarity Association, in collaboration with the Begum Committee to Protect Women's Rights, orchestrated a protest in Trabzon, Türkiye. The demonstration aimed to draw attention to the ongoing Hazara genocide and the targeted abduction of girls, particularly from non-Pashtun communities.

Protesters unequivocally condemned these heinous criminal acts and issued a fervent call to the international community to take a stand against the inhumane behavior and criminal activities perpetrated by the notorious terrorist group, the Taliban.

My Conscious and Astute Countrymen!
Let us celebrate Afghanistan, a common home to multiple ethnic groups, none superior to another, and to people of many religious beliefs, none greater than another. And let us celebrate Afghanistan's Constitution, that does not discriminate between its citizens and guarantees equality and justice for all.

However, Afghans still suffers periodic displays of ethno-chauvinist attitudes. Such thoughts are harboured by privileged segments of society, who are uninterested in preserving national unity and dream of ethnic superiority. Such chauvinists always try to feed and exploit schisms. A public-display of such anti-Afghan ethno-chauvinism was witnessed on December 07 in Cologne, Germany, in a ceremony commemorating Mohammed Gul Mohmand. The ceremony was addressed by an individual named Halim Tanvir, former Afghan Deputy Minister of Information and Culture and member of the Academy of Sciences, now living in Netherlands. He laced his presentation with hate speech and made what amounted to a call for ethnic cleansing of other ethnic groups of Afghanistan. Halim Tanvir's advocacy for the extermination of other ethnic groups and their forced dissolution into a particular one, must be answered in the light of international law and he must be fittingly prosecuted.

Since these racist and remarks were made in Germany, a country that guarantees the dignity of human life as an unchanging principle in its constitution, we the residents of Munich, Germany, along with other protesters and fellow compatriots around the world are recording our protest. We raise our voices against the racist, hateful and provocative statements of Halim Tanvir. Our specific demands of the human rights community and judicial authorities, are as follows:
1. We ask for a formal investigation by the German Federal Government of Halim Tanvir for his public remarks advocating the suppression of the under-privileged ethnicities of Afghanistan.
2. We urge the Government of the Netherlands to cooperate with any investigation into Halim Tanvir, given his status as a resident of that country.
3. We urge the international community, in particular human rights organizations, to warn the Afghan government against hiring such persons to sensitive positions such as the Ministry of Culture. We note that Afghan government representatives in Bonn, Germany were involved in organizing the event where the hate speech took place.
4. We urge the Government of Afghanistan to condemn the aforementioned remarks and to support our calls for accountability through the judicial authorities. The Afghan Government should reaffirm its commitment to combating racial hatred.
5. We, in a collective voice against racism and fascism of all forms, call on the European human rights organizations to join us in our campaign against hate speech and racist remarks in discourse among Afghans.

Munich Security Conference: Protest Against Talibanization, Pathanization, One-ethnic State, Ethnic Cleansing and Systematic Discrimination

There are several ethnic groups including the Hazara, Tajik, Uzbek, Turkmen, Pashtun/Afghan/Patan, Baloch and Nuristani live in so-called country Afghanistan. Many of them particularly the Hazara have suffered geocide, and systematic discrimination in the hands of so-called majority Pashtuns. One-ethnic State government together with terrorist groups such as Taliban and Kochi Taliban are following the old policy of Pashtun tribes that Tajiks to Tajikistan, Uzbeks to Uzbekistan, and Hazaras to graveyard.

Taliban embedded in security forces failed to capture or kill Anti-Terrorist commander Alipoor

Kabul Press^?: Several months after capturing well-known Uzbek anti-Taliban commander by Pashtun Taliban forces, Taliban supporters in Arg plan to capture Alipoor known as commander Shamshir. Commander Alippor is a well-known Hazara anti-Taliban commander in Maidan Wardak. Last night the commander was in Lal wa Sarjangal to visit people, but the Taliban embedded in security forced attacked to capture or kill him. The commander could escape when people gathered to defend him, but Taliban killed at least 13 Hazara civilians including children and women.
After several bloody attacks on Hazara passengers in Kabul-Bamyan road by Taliban and local Pashtuns, commander Alippor and many other people in Maidan Wardak have gathered and established Resistance Front organization to defend people against Pashtun Taliban and Kochis. Now, the road is much safer.

The Hazara Protest Against Genocide in So-Called Country Afghanistan

In November 2015, seven Hazara including nine years old girl Shukria were beheaded by local Pashtun Taliban in Zabul province. Several months before this tragedy, they were on their way home, but Pashtun Taliban stopped their buss, and kidnapped them along with 19 other Hazara Passengers. Eyewitnesses say they were Pashtun Taliban talking in their language Pashto, separating Hazara passengers from other, but the Pashtunist government of Afghanistan tried to mislead the public by saying that IS members are responsible, and not local Pashtun Taliban.

Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, Article II: In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
(a) Killing members of the group;
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;
(c) #Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;
(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;
(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.
