Well written argument. Your point does leave an impact on the readers. The article is detailed and explains the motives behind certain actions taken against non_pushtoon individuals within the previous regimes.
It would be really appreciated and one thinks it will give even more weight to your article if certain attributes are written differently (example: instead of Dawood_I_charsey : if it could be reworded as Dawood (and by the way Dawood was a drug addict or a charsey if he really was one) ).
This way it may protect the article against unwanted pointless criticism which takes away from the real point an article wants to make.
But nonetheless, a very good argument.
