The Afshaar horrible massacre was a historical cruelty against the Hazara community. For Hazaras to stop such a repeat, they first and foremost need to uproot this AIDS from amongst them: the Sayeed religious rulership, even if it means giving up on this entire Shia way of Islam. Because it is Shiaism that puts by default the Sayeed supremacy over the rest of Shia population. It is the Shia belief system that gives the Sayeeds such a strong position. To survive, one needs to sacrifice and sacrifice even if is a belief system. There are a million other ways to worship Allah and it doesn’t have to be Shiaism.
