Adib Farhadi Head of ANDS and 3 other important govt depts. For sure it is an unwise and unjustifieble that a person should work on 3 or 4 important posts. I dont know how he tackle it and how he manage it. Being the Head of ANDS it is questionable that whether this strategy is made by him or other Afghans in the govt or it has been written or drafted by advisor then translated by this department. The misery is that we have always relied and counted on foreign think tankers who thinks that afghanistan is having nothing and draft every thing based on their countries experience. They dont know the ground situation in afghanistan, so an unrealistic strategy is drafted. I would argue that if my friend the writer claims that there is no one capable as compared to farhadi then please search for the website you will find lots of afghans with seeking jobs having good degree and qualifications. Do you think that the National strategy drafted got the Vision, the ground realities of Afghanistan, the problems towards the execution of the strategy. The capacity builing, The right personnel for the execution of it, the capable minister of carrying out the job. We have experienced the problems in the past then how it would be possible that the same people will comply and act on the tasks outlined in the national strategy. Has the GDP, the foreign direct investment, security, Inflation, the poverty rate, political changes, and global political changes has been kept into consideration. Why we make judgements and lie for one person. We should consider the national interests not the personal. so please be patriorate not Chaploos
