He is absolutely right in that it is governmental corruption that inflates the Taliban. Governmental corruption begets crime and conflict. When people see government as a means to enrichment they will undermine the good of society. When government officials are held to task they will have to see to the public good. Else they will loose their cushy positions.
They won’t have the corrupt bureaucracy to fall back on. Out they will go or maybe into jail. Once a few powerful men are made examples of…
