The assertion that the USA should spend any more money on Afghanistan is absolutely wrong but characteristic of your greedy corrupt culture. Just like a child who runs up to sell gun on the street the Afghan people are always looking for a hand out. The USA has sacrificed far too much already for your selfish country with NOTHING in return. The USA must leave immediately and there should be not one more dollar spent on your corrupt nation. You can not operate without stealing and bribery. You have nothing to offer the rest of the world. Wallow in your poverty as it is what you bring upon yourselves. You can not control your population therefore you deserve to suffer in the feudalistic environment you have created for yourselves. How dare you ask for any more money form another nation? Fix yourselves first then come to the rest of the world with your hands out looking for charity. You are pathetic and there should be no more American blood shed on your account. The USA should leave immediately and not give you any more funding whatsoever.
