I wrote in here last year that the Pashtun=Afghan ethnic use Mr. Rangin Dadfer Spanta like: W.C. paper. He is also happy because he works as foreign minister in a U.S.A. colony so called Afghanistan/Khorasan. I wrote before , a person if has personality ,she or he will never work in a puppet government. Mr Sapanta can do nothing about the choose of the clerks of foreign ministry, he must obey every thing that puppet Hamid Karzai ,and the leadership of Afghan-mellat gang order to him.
Some people like to become famous , it is not important for them , they become infamous ! Mr. Sapanta is one of this kind people. A country if is not independent ,the aliens will do ,what they want. Hamid Karzai is nobody because he must ask from Americans about every decision. You complain from one of his minister ? You must look for other kind solution
