These photos are from April 25, 1992 when War Criminal Gulbuddin Hekmatyar known as Butcher of Kabul was planning attacks on innocent people in Kabul. Jamal Khashoggi was very close to Hekmatyar and could join him in secret meetings.

Kabul Press: Chapter Three, Article Sixty Two of Afghanistan Constitution articulates the qualifications of the Afghanistan Islamic Republic’s President. According to this article, the presidential candidate should have the following qualifications:
1- Afghanistan’s citizen, Muslim, and born of Afghan parents and shall not be a citizen of another country;
2- Shall not be less than forty years old the day of candidacy;
3- Shall not have been convicted of crimes against humanity, a criminal act or deprivation of civil rights by court;
4- No individual shall be elected for more than two terms as President. The provision of this article shall also apply to Vice-Presidents.
It is obvious that whoever candidate himself/herself to Afghanistan’s presidency, should accord, and obey the Constitution.
According to this article, Ali Ahmad Jalali, Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzyi, and Zalmay Khalilzad are not allowed to candidate themselves for Presidency. In case, if they candidate themselves for Presidency of Afghanistan, should be rejected. Ali Ahmad Jalali, Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzay, and Zalmay Khalilzad are citizens of the United States of America and their candidacies are legally invalid.
These individuals should candidate themselves for presidency after they surrender their US citizenships. Since Afghanistan has not signed dual citizenship accord with any other country they should apply for Afghanistan citizenship first. Now, none of them are Afghanistan’s citizens.
Zalmay Khalilzad, one of those Taliban supporters, is a US citizen. Zalmay Khalilzad was born March 22, 1951 in Mazar-i-Sharif, Afghanistan. He became a U.S. citizen in 1984. He was the USA ambassador in Kabul and after that the ambassador to Iraq. He has been the USA representative to the United Nations during previous administration for awhile.
According to Reuters, “He (Ali Ahmad Jalali) became a U.S. citizen in 1987 and apart from the years he served in Karzai’s government, has lived in the U.S. where he is a professor at the National Defense University, Washington.”
Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzay, one of political supporters of Taliban murderers, is known as necktie Taliban. He is also a US citizen. According to an Italian News Agency, he is a US citizen. There are many references that Ashraf Ghani is a US citizen. Separate to his citizenship, he was the minister of Finance, and illegally he was the President of the Kabul University for a while. Contrary to the law, he was absent while he occupied the Kabul University.
