Az chela che gela.Unfortunately, we see people despite corruption of Wardak supporting him. Wardak was a spy in UNDP. Only Pushtoons were entitle to get a job through UNDP when he was there, and still it is true with many UN agencies and Intnl NGOs, especially if a local staff is a key person in that Department his selection for the vacancy is Pushtoon regardless of knowledge or experience.There is is an allegation that from top authority of Afghan Goverment/UN given instruction to give priority to Pushtoons in recruitment in their concerned agencies. Seeing is a believing . It true that U find Pushtoon staff more than staff from other ethnic groups.This critics is strongly refer to UN agencies and INtl NGOs in Afghanistan. If U ask the head of the agency (foreigner) why so many Pashtoons recruited he or she would say that thay can not distinguish betwween Pashtoon and other ethnics and do not take the blame. Therefore even justice in recruitment in International Organization in Afghanistan is not fully observed . I strongly recommend to Kabul press? to take this as an issue and strongly express it in the media so that the Un and Int NGO’s take note of this. The most criteria should be education (not fake Deploma of course), work experience , loyal to help the needy people of Afghanistan. Best regards to the reader of this message. I have to add that I am not against any ethnics. But, I am agaist disloyality as well as dishonesty, in recruitment of National staff.
