The strict way sharia imposes its doctrine in this regard on the citizens of Afghanistan to limit as much as possible their personal freedom has, does and will continue to cause such extreme sexual behavior in the part of some, who are deprived of their need and seek soft targets to fulfill such need no matter how illegal or unethical their actions may be.
